There’s so much stress and anger tied up in the archetype of “Daddy”—the successful, wealthy, white masculine ideal. That projection of power haunts us all: in our relationship to money, authority, success, and safety.
We hit upper limits when we feel too good, too free, too much. Pleasure becomes dangerous. Receiving becomes confusing.
