This is an experiential group immersion offering trauma-informed somatic and spiritual approaches to healing through movement, writing, sacred touch, and nature based ritual.
This is all about the uprising of the Divine Mother and healing our relationship t the Daddy inside all our hearts. Once you have the initiation of the Goddess as Earth, as the elements with in you, you can never look back from seeing Her everywhere and wanting to be immersed by her belovedcompassion– and commit your life to learning to embody that too.
My background in Tantra as well as Southern Italian shamanism will make this retreat so extra special of rate unleashing of whatever is wanting release as well as provide you with even more tools and lived experience which = embodied love.
We will be exploration sexuality through breath, energetics, Tantric meditations, Rose path and dance as well as astrology! each participant will have a personal reading ( in the group) and we will be working specifically with Venus and the moon signs!
Part of my lineage of this womb healing work comes from Italy and the Mediterranean. And these pre-Christian rituals where women and Gay and Trans men would gather to dance and chant and exorcise these energies of oppression.
Together, we will learn to worship the body through movement, nature rituals, exploring the medicine of the rose & the sword, the sacred heart & steady spine and receive an initiation into the rose lineage & the body temple healing arts.
We will offer Body Temple Dance, yoga, writing, space to rest, self-massage and simple partner exercises, nature rituals, and voice work through devotional singing & chanting.
We will also have transformative group healing sessions, which are a powerful way to release the built up tension & restriction in our system, and return to our natural state of flow and ease in love.

There’s so much that we’re carrying around our social engagement and lack of human connection & affection, and what that even means in terms of intimacy.
I profess the religion of love,
Love is my religion and my faith.
My mother is love
My father is love
My prophet is love
My God is love
I am a child of love
I have come only to speak of love.
In pre-Christian times there were rituals and rights of passage that revolved around grief and the womb. In Italy, there were ceremonies where women, trans and gay folks would gather to exercise the patriarchy out of their body.
Out of the womb.
They acknowledged the power within and lived in devotion to the great mother.
When I found this out after studying Tantra for 15 years, my mind and heart were completely blown open. I no longer had only to have a spiritual lineage, Part of my blood ancestry is from southern Italy, the Mediterranean.
Whether or not you’re interested in the divine feminine and masculine from a place that goes beyond binaries, that also welcomes you into expanding the work you’re doing yourself and out in the world.
You have an interest in worshiping the Mother.
You love the idea of Italy, making your own food off the land and connecting to the locals in offerings, and want to be in a small intimate group connecting to sexuality and the stars.

A Love letter….
My name is Jackie and I have been a part of the Body Temple Community for the last several years. I can’t help but surrender to the deep pull of the Shakti that exists in the spaces and places that Adriana shares this work, alongside of the deep soul beauty that I find everywhere in the people that show up in this community.
It feels like home.
Somehow I miraculously found myself on retreat with Adriana over the New Years almost two years ago. I am a householder, entrepreneur and mother of two little ones. The idea of leaving my family, home and work was both exhilarating and scary.
It’s one thing to practice with a teacher and community through the virtual lens where one can hide if they want to, but to show up in all my flesh - raw and untouched by the filters of the screen - subconsciously unnerved me. But I did it anyway. Why?
Ah the mystery of what continues to pull me in the direction of my true life force despite the fear, but in taking it one step at a time I showed up - fully.
The first night I thought I was going to have a panic attack realizing I had really dropped into a portal of true imitation, but through the Grace of the Goddess and being received in the steady and wildly loving hands of Adriana and the other people supporting us on retreat the gates of my heart blasted open.
Each day of the retreat through the embodiment practices, non judgemental and loving support of others and sacred ritual - I moved through the layers of a deeper love until I finally found myself in a way that hadn’t been experienced in too long!
The ecstatic, aha, grounded moment where I could meet myself truly in the most outrageous love - like THERE I AM! It was a moment of meeting that I will always remember, a true joy and a soft unforgettable love that stays with me to this day.
I truly believe it took being in person in an immersive, extended way to get me there. And so in awe of all of you who are saying YES to the great possibility of love’s reach.

Adriana rizzolo
Adriana Rizzolo is the founder of Body Temple Church, Power of Love School, and the creator of Body Temple Dance. She is a spiritual mentor, somatic healer, writer, adult sex educator, and guide for the great unknown.
Adriana’s offerings have developed through many years of experience with therapeutic yoga training, voice and movement training, trauma release training and somatic education, intimacy and relational healing, devotional practice and study in Tantra & Bhakti Yoga, lived experience “doing the work,” 11 years of sobriety and healing from personal & familial trauma.
Adriana helps people heal trauma and patterns of helplessness, awaken their power, and feel at home in their bodies to start living life in alignment with their soul’s truth.
