This isn’t about performance. It’s about presence.

Over the weekend, we explore tools and practices that return us to our creative power, sacred truth, and embodied service.

  • Body Temple Dance

  • Ritual theatre & sacred performance

  • Somatic witnessing & authentic movement

  • Nervous system tools for regulation and ignition

  • Practices for grief, rage, shadow, and sensuality

  • Devotional sound & tantric meditation

  • You’ll be guided through play, embodied astrology, exploring healing your body through the 5-element awareness practice, and awakening your courage, strength, and hope in changing the ways we relate and giving your unique soul gifts.

We move, share, rest, and remember.

"Working with Adriana and the Body Temple Dance community is a homecoming. It's decolonization from the inside out, held by the most gorgeous humans I've ever encountered. Where else can you move through the full spectrum of emotion - eros to elation, rage to sorrow, joy to the depths of grief - and feel completely seen and sacred in all of it? This work is psychedelic without the plant medicine. It rewrites you at the cellular level, not through bypassing or spiritual perfectionism, but through the radical act of being witnessed in your wholeness. Adriana creates containers where your messiest, wildest, most untamed parts aren't just welcome - they're medicine. Community like this changes EVERYTHING.” - Sara Yamitch

  • "Your work has allowed me to connect with a spirituality I didn't think I'd ever have but always longed for within myself... I'm feeling so grateful today. Thank you for all that you do and the healing you give to the collective."

    Kelly Jo

  • "It is so rare to be invited to connect fully to your body, your shadow, your creativity, AND your joy all at once... It felt like a sacred privilege to spend that weekend with them all."

    Leo G

  • "I danced, cried, yelled, laughed—it was magical. I keep singing the mantra every day... it was like hearing it, my heart recognized it... I can’t wait for the next one!"

    Moni

This weekend is for you if you…

  • Know you cannot hold the immensity of grief, rage, or aliveness alone anymore

  • Are curious what to do with the energy that stops you from being authentic

  • Feel both terrified and obsessed with being seen—and want to explore that edge in service to your soul’s calling

  • Long to relate to your wounding with more confidence, and share your shadow as a healing act

  • Want to be witnessed and witness others—expanding your capacity for empathy, compassion, and true love

  • Are already walking away from toxic, patriarchal spirituality and into a more feminine, embodied, relational path

  • Crave space to hear yourself more clearly in relationship with others and the Earth

  • Are a teacher, healer, podcaster, creative, or guide ready to deepen your connection to body and community

  • Identify as a dancer or non-dancer, artist or art-shy visionary—and want to honor your creative identity

  • Feel called to explore intimacy with strangers and sacred theatre as a path to freedom

This is an experiential space. You’ll be asked to participate. You don’t need to be “ready”—you just need willingness and some capacity to work somatically with what arises. We’ll help with the rest.

What You’ll Leave With

✔️ Tools for regulating and igniting the nervous system
✔️ A brave new relationship with your voice, body, and creative fire
✔️ A spiritual and artistic community who really sees you
✔️ The confidence to bring your whole self to your work

“Thank you so much for this amazing weekend, and your encouragement to come!! It was one of those things that I knew my soul needed but I didn’t know how much until I came. I felt so safe in your container, all the somatic work we did truly released everything I needed to.

I danced, cried, yelled, laughed, it was magical I keep singing the mantra everyday, it was like hearing it my heart recognized it and a deeper connection to the Mother emerged. You brought together an amazing group of people and lead in such a unique and powerful way. Thank you for letting me part of it. I can’t wait for the next one!!!”
