Adriana Rizzolo is the founder of the Body Temple Church School and creator of Body Temple Dance - a devotional trance space where grief and rage are alchemized into aliveness through ritual, expressive arts, and prayer-formance.
She is a 13-year sober, trauma-informed, and Tantra-aligned spiritual mentor, mystic, somatic healer, adult sex educator, certified love, sex and relationship coach and guide to the unseen realms.
Adriana's work is deeply rooted in the mystical lineages of Kashmir Shaivism and Southern Italian Shamanism, where the body becomes both the altar and the oracle. Her teachings arise from these devotional paths, bridging earth and spirit through embodied prayer, sound, and movement.
Her practice has evolved through over a decade of facilitating groups and exploring the transformative power of ritual theater, energy healing, embodied astrology, therapeutic yoga, voice and movement, trauma release, intimacy and relational repair, and devotional practice grounded in Tantra and Bhakti Yoga. Through her offerings, Adriana helps people uncolonize and unhook from systems of oppression, fascism and colonialism, heal trauma and patterns of helplessness, awaken their innate power, and feel at home in their bodies—living in alignment with their soul's truth. Her facilitation invites others to dance with the sacred in all things - grief, rage, love, death, and sex - as pathways to collective liberation.
She is currently writing her first book, Body Temple, which brings forward the principles of her work: consciously relating to the full spectrum of human experience as a devotional act of embodied awakening.
