Prioritize believing in your dreams creating the capacity to take steps towards them and feel your way home to the Goddess within.

Each time we are on some edge, whether it be in a relationship or inside ourselves, we have a choice.

Often these are the moments when lots of shadows and unconscious stuff gets kicked up and it can be hard (sometimes impossible) to choose the road of wisdom and consciousness.

But it can be done, especially with good friends and support.

When we gather in (virtual) circle to feel and sense there is a great grounded-ness and love we open to.

Join us to move and meditate on compassion and creating what we need to show up for one another at this time…

Trauma is the way our body has patterns and ways of dealing with stress in our nervous system, which when we work with can be a massive part of our embodied liberation.

Our body speaks different languages, and we teach you both how to listen and create powerful spaces for you to practice in community.

Our emotional body matters.

How we relate changes things in this world.

We offer you a way to work with your subconscious and be the vehicle for the transformation that you are.

Honoring the dead and dying, being with what hurts and what heals us, and understanding our body’s responses to the world and relationships–all help us to open to more Love.

To alchemize pain into the fuel for the fire of your purpose, which is to Love.

In Body Temple we practice ancestral healing, the art of getting into Ritual, witnessing others in joy, grief rage, and Love, and the healing power of being seen.

We draw from many ancient lineages - Traditional Kundalini from India, The Tantric Goddesses, and Shamanic Ritual & Theatre from the Mediterranean.

More about the 3 phases of body temple

  • SPIRAL: First, we create safety and learn about freeze, disassociation, common protective responses when working in the depths of love. Our whole dance is a process of unlearning the systems of control so we can hear ourselves and one another with more compassion, care, and curiosity. Your body already knows, we begin by unraveling what is ready to go.

  • SHAKE: Here we enter the shadow aka subconscious aka the body consciously and find out edges with consent. We can merge with the Great Mystery as the witches we are. In this phase, we work with fight and flight, fawning, using sound, emotional release, shaking, and high energy. Exploring edges and expanding boundaries. We embrace the shadow and work with healthy activation.

  • SURRENDER: SpIrit comes to us directly. Your body is the portal. Here we rest, listen to the messages, pran with our whole being and wake up to the Love that is living inside and between us. In this phase, we use meditation and settling exercises to allow one to deeply rest. It is important to give this space to just be and FEEL.

I’m Adriana and I am here to hold Love Herself as the highest guiding light in our lives. Learning how to stay centered, and how to find your center in the midst of chaos and change…is our specialty.

Given the state of the world, it makes sense that we have to commit to the inner work to be able to access the joy, worth, play, pleasure, and purpose that is our birthright.

Freedom and love live within, and the body is a vessel to allow the Love of Source to move into this world. We know just how to help you create safety in your system so you can gather the tools you need to feel free in your body. Maybe you feel this is the year that is pivotal for your growth and expansion as a practitioner and/or artist and change agent in your life.

If you are looking for a community that refuses to buy into the systems that say we should fear our body or that keep us stuck in cycles of unworthiness and smallness, you are in the right place!

a somatic and spiritual wholistic approach and movement made for you to inhabit your body’s authentic pleasure, love, and aliveness.

The school Body Temple and this body of work that flows through us is the service I have been initiated into.

I have been training and studying the languages of the body and esoteric knowledge, somatic and spiritual work for 17 years and training others to facilitate for 8 of those years.

I am endlessly blown away by how much more is possible when we come together to heal, transform and take our work out into the communities where we are meant to serve.

When you are a deeply feminine being, meaning you care about the ways we are all interconnected and choose to live from a space of relatedness…

you need strong containers and boundaries to hold all the Shakti and what wants to be birthed through you.

Together, we learn how imperative co-regulation is with nature, in community, and with Source Herself.

Come learn the importance of a healing modality that is rooted in ancient lineage-based somatic movement and intuitive dance.

Body Temple Dance is for every BODY - dancers are welcome, but you don’t need to be a dancer! This is an energetic, emotionally healing and connective embodiment practice.

“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions:

"When did you stop dancing?

When did you stop singing?

When did you stop being enchanted by stories?

When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?”
