Often times people on a spiritual path feel like they can’t do certain things, or lack the confidence to be authentic. Like express, anger or talk shit or feel bad about themselves and others or the world, and that is not how we play around here!
We know our contraction around express is a doorway to the divine in the right setting and context, and with the appropriate support! Authentic and effective connection comes from the heart and having spaces to practice. Not to mention how much more potent our writing and creativity becomes when were are willing to go to our edges. But of course this takes courage, and humor too..
There are good reason our body doesn’t always allow us to be vulnerable or to say what we really mean in a way we feel good about (ever start a fight just because you needed some love but didn’t know how to ask for it?!) and we will give you some tools to work with what gets int he way of us being close.
Kat and Adriana will guide you into celebrating a deeper layer of intimacy, creativity, your truth and healing.
We know how radical truth telling changes us and we also know how sensitive it can be and so we need safe spaces to practice it
