SHAMELESS LOVE

A 40-Day Initiation into Pussy Power, Relational Shadow & the Fire of Love

CONSENT • CUPPING • CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Begins September 19 | 8 Live Calls | Recorded Practices to Carry You Through the 40 Days

with Adriana Rizzolo, Jacky Pelcastre, Alli Caw, Savanna Wonderwheel, and Alli Rune

We are not here to become less wild so our relationships can survive us. We are here to become intimate enough with our wildness that Love no longer has to carry the weight of everything we refuse to feel.

A woman wearing a pink plaid strapless dress, holding a bouquet of flowers, and standing outdoors with a clear sky in the background.

SHAMELESS LOVE is a 40-day embodied initiation for women and people with vulvas who are ready to stop performing healing and start telling the truth with their bodies.

This is womb healing and relational healing, but not the pastel, polished, disembodied version. This is the womb as oracle. The pussy as portal. Consent as a living conversation. Pleasure as discernment. Rage as information. Jealousy as a doorway. Grief as prayer. Creative expression as the place the demon loses its disguise.

Because the demons in relationship are rarely slain by finding the perfect words, becoming endlessly accommodating, or diagnosing the person across from us. They are met when we stop abandoning ourselves in order to be loved.

Pussy is God. Not because she is always soft, wet, available, or pleased. Because she knows. She opens. She closes. She remembers. She creates. She bleeds. She grieves. She hungers. She tells the truth long before the mind is willing to hear it.

Over 40 days, Adriana and a circle of guest teachers will guide you through consent, cupping, creative expression, somatic healing, relational shadow, sacred sexuality, womb devotion, and ritual practice—so the parts of you you have called too much, too needy, too angry, too sexual, too sensitive, too jealous, too wild, and too fucking alive can finally come home.

THE THREE PILLARS

1. CONSENT — The body’s holy yes, holy no, and holy not yet

Consent is not merely the absence of violation. It is a living, changing relationship with sensation, boundaries, desire, fear, power, and choice.

We will practice listening before overriding. Feeling before explaining. Slowing down enough to notice the almost-imperceptible moment you leave yourself to preserve connection. Consent becomes not only something you give another person, but the way you stop colonizing your own body.

Track the body’s yes, no, maybe, not yet, and I don’t know

Recognize appeasement, freeze, collapse, performance, and urgency

Build capacity to stay connected while telling an inconvenient truth

Explore repair when a boundary was missed—by you or by someone else

2. CUPPING — Pussy as oracle, not object

Cupping is a devotional practice of placing your own hands around your vulva/pussy and listening. It is not performance. It is not a demand for arousal. It is not about making yourself orgasm, open, release, or prove that you are healed.

It is contact without conquest. Presence without extraction. A way to practice consent directly with the body and receive what the womb, pelvis, genitals, and nervous system are ready to reveal.

Guided external self-contact rooted in choice and consent

Womb and pelvic listening practices

Anatomical language alongside symbol, sensation, memory, and image

Space for numbness, resistance, pleasure, grief, rage, and nothing at all

3. CREATIVE EXPRESSION — Give the demon a body

What cannot be safely spoken often returns as symptom, projection, resentment, compulsion, shutdown, or relational theater we do not know we are performing.

Through movement, sound, writing, art, and Shadow Theater, we will let the hidden figure step onto the stage. Not to become it forever. To see it. Feel it. Witness it. Let it move. Let its medicine come back into the community.

Body Temple Dance™ and guided free-form movement

Voice, writing, image, ritual, and sacred witnessing

Relational Shadow Theater: turning patterns into conscious creative material

Practices for transforming shame into expression and expression into choice

Beloved,

I know you want to feel deeply at home in your body without having to perform, perfect, or become someone else.

I know you want to experience your erotic energy as sacred and powerful without shame, guilt, or needing someone else’s permission.

I know you want to be fully seen in your desire, your wildness, your grief, your anger, your boundaries, your beauty—and not abandon yourself the moment Love asks you to risk being real.

You want intimacy that does not require your disappearance.

You want to know the difference between surrender and self-betrayal. Between opening and overriding. Between the holy ache of vulnerability and the familiar violence of leaving your own body to keep someone close.

You want to feel your yes before you perform it. Your no before it has to become a scream. Your desire before it becomes resentment. Your grief before it hardens into a story about why no one can love you.

Here’s the truth:

You can have it. BUT you have to be willing to meet the parts of yourself you were taught to hide.

You cannot shame yourself into becoming shameless.

You cannot think your way into embodied freedom.

And you cannot separate your sexuality from your spirituality, your shadow, your history, your boundaries, your relationships, or your body—and expect to feel truly whole.

You gotta be willing to descend.

To feel. To tell the truth. To reclaim what you exiled. To get honest about the ways you manipulate, collapse, chase, control, seduce, disappear, spiritualize, punish, perform, and call it Love.

And then—without making any of it wrong—to bring those strategies back into the body where they can become choice, creative power, prayer, and relationship.

THIS IS SHAMELESS LOVE

LOVE

SHAMELESS LOVE •

A 40-day initiation into the womb, the shadow, the erotic body, and the terrifying miracle of being in relationship without leaving yourself behind.

This is not about becoming a ‘better’ version of yourself. It is about understanding your physiology and what shapes your perception. It is about becoming intimate with the ancient intelligence underneath your survival patterns. It is about meeting the demon without turning yourself—or the person you love—into the enemy.

We are moving from patriarchy to powerful feminine wisdom. From performance to presence. From consent as a rule we memorize to consent as a pulse we can actually feel. From lack to the limitless support already within and all around us.

Only YOU can let it in.

Because what if the demon is not your jealousy?

What if it is the shame that makes you hide it until it becomes a weapon?

What if the demon is not your need? What if it is the belief that needing makes you weak, unlovable, or too much?

What if the demon is not your anger? What if it is every time you swallowed it, prettied it up, called it compassion, and let it burn the inside of your womb?

What if the demon is not your desire? What if it is the life you have built around never having to risk asking for what you actually want?

We do not slay our demons by exiling them again.

We slay the spell they have held over us by turning toward them. Giving them movement, language, image, sound, ritual, witness, and choice. Letting the body finish what the good girl, the pleasing girl, and the perfectly healed girl were never allowed to begin.

THE 40-DAY JOURNEY

Eight live calls create the communal spine of the initiation. Recorded teachings and practices carry the work between gatherings so this does not remain an idea you understand—it becomes a relationship you practice.

CALL 1 — ENTER THE TEMPLE

Opening ritual. Pussy is God. Naming the pattern you are ready to stop feeding. Establishing consent, community agreements, and the 40-day devotional practice.

CALL 2 — THE BODY BEFORE YES

Consent as physiology. Tracking yes, no, maybe, freeze, appeasement, urgency, and the places you leave yourself to stay loved.

CALL 3 — CUPPING THE ORACLE

A guided external self-contact and womb-listening practice. Contact without conquest. Listening without demanding a revelation.

CALL 4 — THE DEMONS IN RELATIONSHIP

Jealousy, control, collapse, seduction, avoidance, shame, projection, and the protective intelligence underneath the pattern.

CALL 5 — GIVE IT A BODY

Creative expression and Shadow Theater. Movement, sound, image, and writing as ways to meet what cannot be solved through explanation.

CALL 6 — RAGE, GRIEF & THE POWERFUL FEMININE

Feeling what anger and jealousy protect. Letting disempowerment and fear dance on the mountain of strength we call Love.

CALL 7 — LOVE WITHOUT SELF-ABANDONMENT

Boundaries, desire, rupture, repair, relational truth, and practicing connection without betraying the body.

CALL 8 — GIVE YOUR BODY TO THE FIRE OF LOVE

Integration, ritual, witnessing, and the choice to carry shameless Love into sex, art, work, intimacy, and daily life.

RECORDED PRACTICES BETWEEN CALLS

Short somatic and womb-listening practices

Consent and boundary experiments for daily life

Cupping guidance with opt-in variations

Creative prompts: movement, voice, writing, image, and ritual

Relational inquiries for triggers, projection, jealousy, desire, and repair

Integration practices for the nervous system and the body

PUSSY IS GOD

Not a slogan. A practice.

To cup your pussy is to bring your own hands back to the temple. Not to demand pleasure. Not to fix, force, penetrate, open, or make something happen. To listen. To offer warmth. To ask permission. To feel what is here. To remember that your body is not an object waiting to be approved of, consumed, healed, or made useful.

She is an intelligence. She is a threshold. She is allowed to want. She is allowed not to want. She is allowed to change her mind. She is allowed to be numb, furious, grieving, ecstatic, bored, hungry, devotional, feral, and holy.

The temple is not somewhere you go. The temple is the body you stop abandoning.

“After suffering from endometriosis pain and pelvic dysfunction and the trauma of my body spontaneously going out of me, the womb healer teacher training helped me uncover a greater depth of safety and trust in my body. It was and continues to be life changing and priceless.”

“The womb healer teacher training gave me permission to expand my capacity through truly meeting, holding, loving on, and moving with my G-Spot. This part of me that had made myself wrong out of ignorance, has allowed me to soften my edge of receivership with the Divine. I’ve now been able to share and show this to lovers and deepen our intimacy together.”

“I learned that age has nothing to do with it! Erotic feelings transform into a love for god that is far more intoxicating than what we call love in relationships. I learned that too! Putting people on the level of god is a recipe for disaster! I have also learned I’m queer that I don’t have preferences for binaries- I was taught them.”

❤︎ Who is This For?

This space is inclusive, queer & trans-friendly*, and intended for anyone who has a vulva and is ready to reclaim their body as sacred.

It’s especially supportive if…

♡ You can name your patterns, but naming them has not stopped you from repeating them when intimacy gets real.

♡ You have learned to perform consciousness while your body is still bracing, collapsing, pleasing, chasing, controlling, or disappearing.

♡ You want to experience your pussy, womb, pelvis, and erotic energy as sources of intelligence—not problems to fix or commodities to offer.

♡ You are ready to explore jealousy, anger, grief, need, desire, shame, and relational power without making yourself or another person the villain.

♡ You want a deeper, embodied relationship with consent and boundaries.

♡ You crave spiritual practice that can hold sex, shadow, physiology, creativity, grief, rage, pleasure, God, and the messy truth of being human in the same room.

♡ You are willing to be witnessed in your becoming—and to witness others without fixing, interpreting, comparing, or turning away.

THIS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF…

♡ You want a passive course you can consume without practicing between calls.

♡ You want someone to tell you whether to stay in or leave a relationship.

♡ You are looking for a promise that embodiment will make intimacy painless, conflict-free, or permanently ‘regulated.’

♡ You are unwilling to honor your own limits or the limits of others.

♡ You need acute mental-health, medical, crisis, or individualized trauma treatment beyond the scope of a group educational and spiritual container.

WHAT YOU MAY LEAVE WITH

♡ More capacity to recognize consent and self-abandonment as they happen in the body

♡ A devotional relationship with your pussy/womb that does not depend on arousal or performance

♡ More honest language for desire, boundaries, jealousy, anger, grief, and need

♡ Creative and somatic practices for meeting relational patterns without weaponizing them

♡ Greater access to erotic energy as creativity, discernment, pleasure, power, and spiritual connection

♡ The lived memory of being witnessed without having to become smaller, cleaner, prettier, or more healed

I am fascinated by the ways we learn to contort ourselves in order to belong. Born with spina bifida, my life has been shaped by a deep curiosity about adaptation, resilience, healing, and the intelligence of the body. My work weaves somatic therapy, shadow theater, symbolic process, nervous system healing, depth psychology, and mythopoetic exploration.

I am queer, neurodivergent, sober, and of Swedish and Danish descent—fiercely loving, endlessly curious, and convinced that absurdity is medicine. I am shaped by animals, art, community, grief, laughter, and the ongoing practice of living with my heart broken open and becoming more fully alive in our holy human messiness.

I offer 1:1 somatic therapy through my practice, Primordial Medicine and am on IG at @primordialmedicine

THE WILD FEMININE

The wild feminine doesn’t look like this or like that. She has nothing to prove. She carries cat hair or breast milk on her jacket. She’s a woman who stands inside herself in many ways. She has many faces that gleam with certainty.

It’s not that she doesn’t care what you think—it’s that she cares so much she’s willing to go to the extremes of her experience and bravery to show you what’s possible. In fact, she cares so much she might try on being someone she’s not, in an effort to feel who she really is.

Maybe she’s celibate. Maybe she’s a slut. Maybe she talks so much about pizza because she has a hard time eating or accepting her naturally skinny figure. Is it ever right? Enough? Maybe she focuses on crystals and sound baths because it’s better than the life she once knew.

Are we not all a little afraid of becoming new again?

She will lie down and surrender so that her sisters feel comfortable enough to go wild. When she finds him, she stands by her man and writes him poetry long after he’s gone. Even though she knows yours will look different than hers, she can only show you it’s okay to be you by opening to being her.

Even if it’s too much—is this not how we grow? To be willing to face the shame that resurfaces when we fail or take a risk to love.

To get to know her, you must love her.

She knows that in time gravity will bring humility to even a perfect ass, so why not keep your heart open as you taste that delicious, humble croissant.

The powerful feminine knows that anger and jealousy are covering up the parts that want love, and so she spits and screams until it’s out and she can love again.

She feels her disempowerment and her fear and lets it dance on top of this mountain of strength she calls Love.

She’s smart and she’s ready. Her tenderness and honesty you may not like, but you can’t deny the smile she can put on your face with the lightness she brings.

She doesn’t know what’s right or what’s wrong, but she knows how to give her body over to the fire of Love.

Her body is her teacher, her temple, and she will stand inside that steady power with soft eyes and a playful mouth, no matter what.

You may not know it or like it—but she is also you.

FAQ

Q: Is this course ok for someone who’s experienced sexual trauma and had a hard time with intimacy?

In general our answer is a big ol’ FUCK YES! And, we strongly recommend that you have worked with your trauma from events that have ruptured boundaries with a (good) trained therapist before taking this work on for yourself.

But if you have, or are currently, it’s a powerful tool to take back your power.

This practice is a self exploration and a process of becoming your own sexual healer but we encourage you to get support as needed. It’s natural to need support during certain phases of our healing journey.

Just make sure it’s helping you understand that what happened wasn’t your fault and that you are not broken, you are beautiful and becoming new.

Q: Do I have to attend live?

The live calls are where the community practice, witnessing, and relational field happen. Come live whenever you can. Calls will be recorded unless a specific ritual or intimacy practice is designated as unrecorded in advance.

Q: Do I have to do the cupping practice?

No. Every body-based practice is invitational. You may pause, modify, witness, keep your clothes on, place your hands elsewhere, or opt out entirely. Consent is not only something we teach; it is how we practice.

Q: Is this therapy?

No. SHAMELESS LOVE is a group educational, somatic, creative, and spiritual offering. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis care, or a substitute for individualized treatment.

Q: Who is it for?

Women and people with vulvas, age 18+.

Q: Do I need a partner?

No. Relationship includes lovers, family, friendship, community, work, God, creativity, and your relationship with yourself. You do not need to be partnered to enter this work.

Q: Will there be nudity or explicit sexual content?

The offering includes direct adult language and teachings about vulvas, pussies, wombs, genitals, pleasure, sexuality, and consent. Cupping is described as an external self-contact practice.
