Does this sound like you?

You know the language of healing, and you still freeze

  • You leave yourself the moment someone else has a need or a mood.
  • Rest and love feel like a paycheck for being good or useful.
  • Some part of you is always waiting to be told you did it wrong.
  • A photo, a stage or a sales page makes you want to disappear.
  • You say "I don't know" when you do know.
  • The throat closes, and the launch gets postponed again.

This isn't a marketing problem. It's an attachment wound wearing a business costume.

None of this means you're doing healing wrong. It means your body is loyal. A wound that happened before language rarely moves through language alone. It asks for a different experience of being seen.

Is this for you?

Who this is for

  • Healers, facilitators and space holders who have taken training after training, and the wisdom still stays in the drawer.
  • Women and femmes who freeze or hide when it's time to be seen or to lead.
  • Anyone still looking at her body through the patriarchal gaze: Is she pretty? Is she good? Is she too much?
  • You, if you're ready to feel it in your body, not just understand it.
  • You, if your weirdness, your strange little obsession and your offering want somewhere to go.

Who this is not for

  • Anyone looking for a quick fix or a positivity script.
  • Anyone who wants another certification to earn love with.
  • Anyone who wants to stay "untouchable." This is not immature Goddess culture that says we're flawless.
  • Anyone who only wants to read about the body without moving it, making sound, or saying the true thing out loud.

What shifts

When you receive the Mother Gaze™

Your body image

You stop looking at yourself through the eyes that taught you to shrink. You witness yourself without immediately correcting, shaming or abandoning what you find.

The patriarchal gaze

You catch the places you still participate in your own diminishment, and you stop confusing that voice with truth. "That is not my voice. That was never mine to carry."

Shrinking and "I don't know"

The "I don't know" softens. Your impulse comes back. You say the things you were trained to swallow: "I want this." "I'm so angry."

In their words

"I have come to embrace my body, my a lotness, and my way of being human. BTD has helped me to accept me (as fully and wholly humanly possible!)"— C.O
"Somewhere in between who I was and who I thought I needed to be I found who I was meant to be."— K.L
"What I most appreciated … was the possibility to be seen and to express our authentic voice, our vulnerable and intimate self without any judgment."— A.F

In Womb Temple, one woman came in frozen and left able to say of her younger self: I love her. I'm proud of her.
