The Mother Gaze is the way we learn to witness the fullness of our humanity—our grief, rage, pleasure, failure, desire, and aliveness—without shaming it, fixing it, or looking away.

Honor your voice, your gut, and your pussy as one continuous river of truth worthy of listening to.

Many of us have spent years learning how to identify our wounds, explain our patterns, and understand why we are the way we are.

But insight without expression can become another place to hide.

We know the language of healing, yet still shame ourselves when we contract. We know our patterns, yet abandon ourselves when intimacy activates them. We know we are worthy, yet still believe we must become calmer, cleaner, less needy, less angry, less sexual, or more spiritual before we can be fully loved.

The Mother Gaze offers another way. A way of seeing that allows your whole humanity to remain, rooted in your sacred yes and no, rooted in your power and your pleasure.

It’s time to stop faking your pleasure.

Inside the Free Class

Together, we’ll explore:

GUSH

We’ll begin with a GUSH session—a celebratory space to share in the chat or with your voice about the work, art, desires, and moments of aliveness moving through you. Together, we’ll honor what is emerging and let our collective pleasure bring us into the flow.

So that you can experience being witnessed in your joy and creative power—and let celebration open your body to deeper connection.

THE MOTHER GAZE

We’ll name the difference between being watched, evaluated, or fixed—and being witnessed with a loving attention that can hold the fullness of who you are. We’ll call upon the Dark Femme as a source of protection, discernment, and fierce love for ourselves and one another.

So that you can meet the parts of yourself you usually shame or exile without believing you must change them in order to remain worthy of connection.

EMBODIED LOVE

Through guided somatic practice, we’ll meet love not only as tenderness, but as a fierce and protective force—tender enough to hold what hurts, powerful enough to defend what is sacred, and honest enough to destroy what requires our self-betrayal.

We’ll listen for the love that can descend into grief, bare its teeth, draw a boundary, tell the truth, and remain.

So that you can stay connected to yourself and your power when grief, desire, anger, vulnerability, or intimacy become real—and choose fierce love instead of collapse, performance, or self-abandonment.

SACRED WITNESSING

We’ll practice showing up as we are and allowing our humanness to be held in relationship.

So that you can experience contraction without having to hide it, perform your healing, or move through it alone.

SHAMELESS LOVE + LIVE Q&A

We will also introduce the deeper 40-day SHAMELESS LOVE initiation and answer your questions about the practices, live calls, and experience. So that you can feel whether this is the right space for the next chapter of your own reclamation.

Somatic Healer • Oracle • Artist • Adult Sex Educator • Trance Dance Guide

She helps people unhook from oppression and come home to their bodies.

Adriana is the founder of Body Temple Church School and creator of Body Temple Dance - where grief and rage become aliveness through ritual and prayer-formance.

Her work is rooted in Kashmir Shaivism and Southern Italian Shamanism, ancient lineages where the body is both altar and oracle.

She's studied with Deborah Sundahl, Alessandra Belloni, Mirabai Starr, and Heidi Rose Robbins, weaving ritual theater, energy healing, trauma release, and devotional practice into a path of collective liberation.

Her invitation: Dance with the sacred in all things, grief, rage, love, death, and sex.

Currently writing her first book: Body Temple.

What Is the Mother Gaze?

The Mother Gaze is the gaze that does not turn away.

It witnesses your grief without rushing you toward gratitude.

It meets your rage without making you dangerous.

It honors your pleasure without turning it into performance.

It allows contraction without treating it as failure.

It remembers that your tenderness, desire, boundaries, contradictions, and wildness all belong to the same living body.

This is not the gaze of the archetypal mother—or the gaze we received from our own mothers. It is the gaze of THE MOTHER.

It is a quality of loving attention we can embody for ourselves and offer one another.

A gaze spacious enough to say:

You do not have to be perfect or good to remain connected.

When the Mother Gaze is present, we can stop trying to escape the contraction and practice being inside it without being abandoned. We can tell the truth before it turns into performance, projection, resentment, or disappearance.

We can fall back in love with the full-spectrum self.

"A safe and effortless space for exploration and healing."

The yoni workshop holds a special place for me... Adriana's sensitive and graceful guidance provides an atmosphere of security, making it feel safe and effortless to become fully immersed while at the same time encouraging individual decisions, allowing for complete freedom of choice.

"You allowed me to connect with a spirituality I didn't think I'd ever have.”

Your work has allowed me to connect with a spirituality I didn't think I'd ever have but always longed for within myself and is allowing me to break open and safely heal intimacy wounding that I didn't think I could ever heal. I'm feeling so grateful today. Thank you for all that you do and the healing you give to the collective.

"I feel like a new person. My voice is already different.”

WOW. After learning the G-Spot practice, I feel like a new person. My voice is already different. Like a lot of what has bound me exploded out in that moment. I can see how that could not have happened just sitting in meditation.

— LF

"I have come home to my own body.”

I truly feel as though I have come home to my own body. Learning about the anatomy of the female prostate and its connection to the vagus nerve has empowered me in my relationship with my body unlike anything else in my life. It has demystified so much, healed so much shame, and shown me exactly how much pleasure is available to me from within my own body. Everyone with a vagina deserves to have this information.

Your voice, your gut, your heart, and your pussy are one continuous river of truth. Listen before resentment, performance, or self-abandonment takes over.

This Free Class {and SHAMELESS LOVE} Is for You If…

  • You say yes, keep going, or perform pleasure before you know what you actually want—and you want to make choices that do not require leaving yourself behind.

  • You feel numb or disconnected from your body—and you want a gentle way to rebuild trust without forcing yourself to feel, open, or become aroused.

  • The old ways of getting turned on are no longer working—and you want to discover what becomes possible when intimacy moves more slowly and actually listens to your body.

  • You are curious about your anatomy but do not want sex education that feels clinical, pornified, or focused on achievement—so that you can explore your body with more knowledge, choice, and wonder.

  • You intellectually understand consent but struggle to feel your yes, no, maybe, or not yet in real time—and you want consent to become a living relationship with your body.

You do not need to be sexually confident.

You do not need to be partnered.

You do not need to feel ready for everything.

You only need enough curiosity to begin listening.
