This program has three parts like the BTD method

WE START SATURDAY, septmeber, 27th
*If you would like to receive Body Temple Certification you have to plan to make 2 classes/month LIVE. The rest of the classes will be in your library and you get to keep them forever.
Friday classes are optional although you can plan to do at least 1/month as part of your practice. Please look at the weekend dates and plan to come to at least 1/2 of them live. It is not necessary to make all live. For certification you have time at the end of the training to send in a video and you will be clear on what it needs to be and you have up to 6 months after the training ends to send it in…
