Your Body Is the Altar
A somatic and devotional journey to becoming your own lover and sexual healer.

They taught you to keep God and your body in separate rooms.
They told you pleasure was sin. That your body's fluids were dirty. That internal orgasm was a myth, and the Goddess Spot was something only porn stars could find.
They lied.
And in doing so, they robbed you of the oldest spiritual practice there is... the body as altar, pleasure as prayer, sensation as a way home to the sacred.
This is a return, taken at your own pace. Not to performance, but to reverence. The anatomy they withheld, held inside the ritual it was always meant to live in.
This is not soft spirituality. This is the work that changes everything.
What this actually is
A devotional practice, with real education inside it
This is not a course about technique. You will learn the anatomy... the urethral sponge, the internal clitoris, the vagus nerve pathways, the mechanics of internal orgasm and release. And you will learn it the way it was meant to be transmitted... through invocation, movement, voice, breath, and ritual, in a space that treats your body as sacred ground rather than a problem to solve.
How the container moves
- Vocal activation and invocation, to open
- Somatic sex education and guided self-mapping, as the practice
- The tenderness of witnessing yourself, in your own private space
- Integration through writing, movement, and devotion
Rooted in lineage
Passed down, not made up
Together we explore somatic sex education as it was passed to Adriana by the late, great Deborah Sundahl, whose pioneering work on the Goddess Spot and female ejaculation has been a sacred key in reclaiming the holiness of the body.
The premise is simple, and radical. Our erotic bodies are living temples, and learning the anatomy, physiology, and energy of our sexual organs is a rite of passage that restores power, pleasure, and trust.
In pre-Christian Italian shamanism there was a dance of Eros, where women and the feminine, the third-gender folks, would dance to release the spider bite... to awaken pleasure where poison had entered. The poison being abuse, and the long reach of patriarchy.
We bring body and spirit back together after being fractured. This is a version of that. An invitation to re-member.
This is for you if...
- You long to approach your body as sacred, and don't yet have the practice for it
- You care deeply, and also fear intimacy, and want to reclaim the stories you carry around loving and being loved
- You are moving through a threshold... peri or post-menopause, birth, loss, new love... and your erotic body is speaking a new language now
- You have survived sexual trauma and are ready to meet it with breath and fierce tenderness, not bypass it
- You want to understand your real anatomy... the Goddess Spot, the internal clitoris, the pathways of pleasure most sex ed and most porn ignore
- You want to learn the healing flow of internal orgasm and ejaculation, which everyone who wants to, can
- You want to unravel your worth from money and men, and connect to the Goddess through your body
- You feel called to lead this work in your own community
In the journey itself
The expansion of pleasure is not in the result
It is the slow, sometimes trembling work of learning to hear your body, and to listen from a place of curiosity rather than fear.
What comes through this work
It gave me permission to expand my capacity through truly meeting, holding, loving on, and moving with my G-Spot. This part of me that had made myself wrong out of ignorance has allowed me to soften my edge of receivership with the Divine. I've now been able to share and show this to lovers and deepen our intimacy together.
I experienced divine connection beyond attachment or thought... the literal experience of oneness with the Divine. Having a G-spot orgasm is an incredible experience I hope every woman and humans with vulvas are able to have, if they choose.
This is the sex education that every person with a vagina deserves... It has demystified so much, healed so much shame, and shown me exactly how much pleasure is available to me from within my own body.

Somatic Healer · Oracle · Artist · Adult Sex Educator
Adriana is the founder of Body Temple Church and creator of Body Temple Dance, a devotional trance space where grief and rage are alchemized into aliveness through ritual, expressive arts, and prayer-formance.
Thirteen years sober, trauma-informed, and Tantra-aligned, her work is rooted in the mystical lineages of Kashmir Shaivism and Southern Italian Shamanism, where the body becomes both altar and oracle. Her lineage of study includes Deborah Sundahl, Alessandra Belloni, Mirabai Starr, and Heidi Rose Robbins.
Through her offerings, she helps people unhook from systems of oppression, heal trauma and patterns of helplessness, awaken their innate power, and feel at home in their bodies. She is currently writing her first book, Body Temple.

Is this work okay if I've experienced sexual trauma?
In general, our answer is a big yes. And we strongly recommend you have worked, or are working, with a good trained therapist around events that ruptured your boundaries before taking this on for yourself.
This is a self-exploration and a process of becoming your own sexual healer, and it is natural to need support during certain phases of the journey. Tantra gives us the tools to digest our experiences, both the beautiful and the painful, approaching the body as a temple... slowly, with intention, discernment, and a wildly open curiosity in place of judgment.
Just make sure the support you choose helps you understand that what happened was not your fault, and that you are not broken. You are beautiful, and becoming new.
