step by step

What Happens

  1. We arrive and anchor

We share the lineage and the agreements at the start of every circle. Each person finds two anchors: one in the room, and one within themselves.

  2. We watch the film

It's Not Pee!, narrated by Adriana, through the world of Deborah Sundahl.

  3. We pause for questions and reflections

You're welcome to listen, to write privately, or to share. All of it is full participation.

  4. We move into womb healing practices

Breath into the pelvis and the womb. Before we touch our own womb or yoni, even energetically, we ask: Can I offer you some nourishing energy? Then we listen.

  5. We close

Offer gratitude to your body, to your yoni, to the wisdom within your womb.

Length and exact timing: TBA.

knowledge, choice, and wonder

What You'll Take With You

We'll explore parts of the body many people with vulvas were never taught to name or understand—not so you can achieve a new kind of sexual success, but so you can meet your body with more knowledge, choice, and wonder.

These practices teach you how to approach your body with curiosity instead of judgment. How to listen instead of force. How to find sensation again—not by pushing through, but by meeting yourself exactly where you are.

So nourishing and freeing for my inner lioness as my sexual power bloomed as a wild rose

About the Film

It's Not Pee! is a dynamic exploration of female orgasm through the world of sexual pioneer Deborah Sundahl. As a leading expert on female ejaculation, Sundahl's work is at the nexus of erotica and education. Narrated by her student Adriana Rizzolo, this film seeks to illuminate the healing potential of pleasure.

reclaiming the fluids

What We're Doing

This is not porn. This is education.

We're honoring Deborah Sundahl, Adriana's teacher, who led this work for 40 years, and reclaiming the fluids, the pleasure, and the power they tried to keep from us.

  • The film: It's Not Pee!, a dynamic exploration of female orgasm through the world of sexual pioneer Deborah Sundahl.
  • Real talk about ejaculation: Female prostatic fluid. And your body can do this too.
  • The ritual: After the film, we pause for questions, reflections, and womb healing practices.

We were not given this type of sex education and we were actually told this part of us doesn't even exist when it is a powerhouse of emotional healing and connection.

Adriana Rizzolo

Founder of Body Temple Church, trauma-informed somatic healer, and adult sex educator trained in Deborah Sundahl's work.

Adriana Marie Rizzolo is a somatic ritualist and educator, performer, writer, and creator of Body Temple, where grief becomes prayer, rage becomes power, and the body becomes the altar.

Trained by Deborah Sundahl in somatic sex education, she brings precise anatomical and pelvic literacy into her work. Through sacred sexuality education, participants learn orgasm and ejaculation mapping, womb healing practices, and trauma-informed approaches to pleasure as medicine and revolutionary act.

The Lineage

Deborah Sundahl was a pioneering educator in female ejaculation and G-spot health, and the author of Female Ejaculation & the G-Spot. Her work helped bring the sacred waters of the yoni out of shame and into education, research and reverence.

"I received these rituals and rites of passage from Deborah Sundahl, who taught this work for forty years before she died in 2024. She gave me (enthusiastic) permission to share this work with others."

Your waters are not a mistake. They are a language.

Deborah Sundahl was my teacher. She was a filmmaker and a somatic sex educator for 40 years.

Getting to write and produce a film about her is one of the biggest honors of my life. I still kinda can’t believe it happened. It premiered at the Raindance Film Festival, and I like to think she was in the room cackling.

Come watch it with us.

“At first I was so worried and nervous about the G spot mapping and mirror practice, but Adriana led it with such a gentle, and non-confronting approach that I felt safe to listen and be guided in that practice. It was so informative too! I’m so grateful for a new way to approach my body and learn the deeper wisdom that my womb holds.”

“WOW. After learning the G-Spot practice, I feel like a new person. My voice is already different. Like a lot of what has bound me exploded out in that moment. I can see how that could not have happened just sitting in meditation.”

Who Is This For?

This event is open to women and people with vulvas.

  • If you want to understand the anatomy they never taught you
  • If you're curious about G-spot orgasm and ejaculation
  • If you feel shame about your body's fluids
  • If you want to see what's actually possible

You belong here. Everything is welcome, nothing is required.

We're not teaching anything your body doesn't already know.

“I truly feel as though I have come home to my own body. Learning about the anatomy of the female prostate and its connection to the vagus nerve has empowered me in my relationship with my body unlike anything else in my life. It has demystified so much, healed so much shame, and shown me exactly how much pleasure is available to me from within my own body. Everyone with a vagina deserves to have this information.”

choice, always

How We Hold the Ritual

Agreements are not rules. They are promises we make to each other so the nervous system can relax enough to feel.

Choice, always.Every invitation can be taken, changed or declined. Passing is participating. Eyes can stay open.

Resource before wound. We orient to pleasure, ease and what feels good, not to the trauma only.

Speak from your own body.Use "I" when sharing. We don't interpret, diagnose or advise each other's bodies.

What's shared here stays here.Stories belong to the people who tell them. Take the medicine, leave the names.

Everything is welcome, nothing is required.Tears, laughter, arousal, numbness, stillness, rage. All of it is information, none of it is expected.

The cape of curiosity.Curiosity is the opposite of the inner critic. With thanks to Alli Caw for this principle.

Two anchors

An anchor in the room

Something outside the body that brings ease, joy, peace, calm, beauty or pleasure. The candle flame. The rose petals. A soft blanket. A favorite mug of tea.

An anchor within

A place or a person that feels good to return to. A beach from childhood. A grandmother's kitchen. A beloved animal. A helpful ancestor.

If it gets to be too much: open your eyes, turn your head side to side, visit your inner anchor, take a break. Wiggle your toes and say, "I can move."

There is no wrong way to participate. Opening your eyes is listening to your body. Taking a break is listening to your body.

The language of sensation

Most of us were raised to live from the neck up. When someone says "nothing" or "I don't know," that is not resistance. It's simply a language they were never taught.

warm · tingling · pulsing · heavy · spacious · soft · flowing · numb · still · expanding

Your body is not broken. It's communicating. That numbness, that disconnect—it's protective. It's your nervous system saying "not yet" or "go slower."

“Somehow I’d just never actually learned that’s what/where a G spot was! I feel way closer to myself just knowing it’s there and part of me. The guided experience was also a huge emotional release. Lots of grief and fear and even anger. Much of it feels ancestral. I noticed a bunch of judgments tied up there too. I think I was/am storing a ton of pain in that area, and didn’t have access to it before now! Feels like a whole new portal. Not sure how to thank you enough for that.”

“My marriage is completely changed because of your teachings. I have been able to access levels of sexual pleasure and erotic communication that I hadn’t experienced before. I went from painful sex and rarely having sex to ecstatic blissful sex 3-5 times a week (sometimes more!). It’s been a genuine Miracle.”

Jenna

“After a really dysregulating traumatic experience recently, while I was deep in freeze, I felt my pelvis flap its wings like a butterfly and this warm eros began to ooze through my body and thawed me out of the freeze. This work is so powerful!!!!”

“Work with Adriana. I cannot say it anymore directly and simply. She is magic. She will absolutely change how you walk in the world. Even after an hour, you will feel more love for yourself and everyone else. She is my colleague and friend and I feel beyond blessed to be in any circle she is facilitating. I am infinitely more available and alive when I’m moving with Adriana. Don’t miss a chance to work with her.”
