BIPOC BTD

Each of us carry A tremendous wisdom and worth within our body.

Shame is what keeps us from experienceing the love and transformation we deserve.

White people and [Black, Indigenous] People of Color [(BIPOC)] each have work to do separately and together [with respect to addressing somatic healing and transforming ancestral trauma.]

We all carry ancestral wisdom and words that need to be felt, expressed and moved with.

Body Temple Dance is a somatic healing practice that includes guided movement, meditation, and opening to the Divine support that's just waiting for us to arrive. Dance with it. Dance with us.

You don't need any previous dance experience for this practice. This space is for you to explore, to sense, to feel. To feel whatever it is that's moving through you right now. This is a practice to honor that, and we're here to support and celebrate you in all that you are. I hope to see you in this special class.

We are here for you spiritual and somatic questions and needs.Body Temple Dance was created by Adriana Rizzolo and her students whom she has witnessed move through the process of living disconnected into living in full expression.

This class is free for all BIPOC - please sign up here
