The Dark Goddess Doula path is a somatic exploration of God, sex, death, and money—the foundational forces of human existence. We rarely sit with them raw. But transformation requires embodiment, not bypass.
Somatics + Tantra is the fastest path I’ve found to healing.

Dark Goddess Doula is a training for people who have some experience — or a lot of experience — in somatic psychology, dance, and art as a healing practice, and who want to receive a deeper initiation.
One that is rooted in lineage and listening, as opposed to knowing everything and staying stuck inside the patriarchal program that is rooted in white supremacy and the capitalism that is killing this planet.

MY STORY
Meet Adriana
I inherited my father’s intense emotions, rage, and grief… and buried my own. For twenty years I numbed myself. His death awakened the haunting I had avoided.
A mantra flowed through me: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.
It became my anchor.
Years later, somatic healing allowed me to release his haunting and reclaim myself. Our bodies hold memory—not just our own, but our lineage. And when we feel instead of fix, when we integrate instead of escape, we transform.
This is the work.
I trained in the Deborah Sundahl lineage of somatic sex education, in death doula work, in sacred theater and womb constellations. I’ve led retreats, pilgrimages, and facilitator trainings across the US and Europe - and have done my own descent, more than once.
I received these rituals and rites of passage from Deborah Sundahl, who was a queer somatic sex educator who taught this work for forty years before she died in 2024. She gave me (enthusiastic) permission to share this work with others.

THE INITIATION: THREE ARCS, SIX MONTHS
Over six months, you'll move through three arcs of descent and practice. Not as a curriculum you complete... as a body of living knowledge you enter.
⚔
ARC ONE: SEX
Somatic sex education rooted in the Deborah Sundahl lineage. Womb healing practices you can hold for others... in circles, in one-to-one sessions, in ceremony. Pelvic mapping. Embodied erotic intelligence. The body as the primary text.
ARC TWO: DEATH
Grief not as a problem to move through, but as a doorway. You'll learn to hold and lead grief circles, writing circles, and ritual ceremony around death and dying... Including the grief that lives in the body long after the story has ended. Ego death and tending. Rage as sacred medicine. How to stay present in liminal spaces without collapsing or fixing.
ARC THREE: MONEY
Your relationship with money, business, and the nervous system... Somatically, honestly, without spiritual bypass. How your body has been conditioned to relate to income, value, and being paid for this kind of work. What happens in your nervous system when someone asks your rates. The stories you inherited about what it means to charge for healing. You'll leave with clarity on your offers, your pricing, your positioning... And a nervous system that can hold more income without contracting away from it.
